International Orders

We welcome international orders and ship worldwide (additional shipping cost may be added) however we don’t accept and returns on international orders


We happily accept returns for refunds within 7 days of order delivery. For a full refund the book must be free from any signs of tear and must be in original packaging with tags, thank you notes and the original shipping order form. You can always contact us for any return question at our website.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All discounted or final sale hats are not eligible for return or refund. Customers accept responsibility for all return shipping costs. Need help with the size of your please contact us at our website.


We don’t do exchanges


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
